SmartTherm-710 is the ultimate warm roof system. Incorporating SmartDek-710® as the weatherproofing layer of this warm roof system, the roofing profile can be roll formed onsite directly from the ground to roof, allowing lengths of up to 100m.
The Smartliner forms the base and functions as a condensation control layer, vapour barrier, high performance thermal layer, all in one. With robust details it can also act as a secondary line of defence.
SmartTherm-710 simplifies the design and construction process, eliminating the complexities of multi-layered systems. Just two layers form this high performing warm roof system. Simplified design with uncompromised performance.
With no holes in the roof and a super effective base layer, reduced maintenance, system durability is just the start. Long term running costs are greatly reduced. Super long lengths
A warm roof of up to 100 metres in length, from ridge to gutter, without the need for steps is achievable. The Smartliner base details are fully sealed and taped and the Smartdek 710 roof sheet can be site rolled up to 100 metres in length.
